Information processed

The service processes your account name, email address, authentication information, workspace membership, imported business records, documents, comments and audit history. Payment details are collected by Stripe; card numbers are not stored in this application.

Purpose and service providers

Information is used to operate your workspace, secure access, deliver requested transactional messages and manage subscriptions. Vercel hosts the application, Neon provides the database and authentication, Resend sends transactional email and Stripe handles payments. Your organization controls the business records it uploads and who it invites.

Cookies and external links

Essential authentication cookies maintain your session. A locale cookie remembers your language and a workspace cookie remembers the selected organization. The application does not include advertising trackers. Stripe and linked websites have their own privacy notices.

Access and retention

Records remain available while the workspace is active. You can export records from your workspace. Contact support for account deletion, correction, access requests or questions about provider retention and backups. Do not upload unrelated personal or sensitive information.
